James established NetworkDocs in March 2026, bringing together experience across IT, networking, web administration, information systems, design and digital media. What began with a focus on helping businesses better understand and organise their technology has developed into a broader technical and digital consultancy.
His background spans both technical infrastructure and visual communication. This allows James to work comfortably across network documentation and technical diagrams, cloud and web administration, domains, DNS and email, as well as websites, digital media and design.
At the centre of his work is a simple principle: technology and information should be clear, well organised and properly presented.
